客人很忙的,他可能在香港展上去过很多同行那边,问同一个产品,他会收到很多很多邮件,恐怕根本没空回复或主动联系你,所以你一定要主动出击,提供完整的资料和好的价格,然后跟进,赢得他的信任!如果像你刚才那样,问他是不是有兴趣,有兴趣你会给他详细资料,客人会觉得很烦的,觉得你怎么需要推一下动一下,做业务要学会主动,客人一个眼色,你就要能完成三四个动作。客人问你价格,你连详细参数尺寸包装材料都一并提供了。

客人问你说明书,你连设计稿和文字都完整无误地给他参考。客人需要彩盒,你不止给了他图片,还有准确尺寸的刀模图,连别的客人的彩盒也一并给他做设计参考。你说,客人是不是会对你印象很好? -------------

这时你不能一下子给人家底价,可以用采购数量来给他打个小折,这样就算价格低了,数量上也补点进来。

分析下这句话:他是站在客户的角度,用好奇心勾起客户想要和他倾谈的欲望。简而言之,就是诱饵。

这句话继续抛出噱头,他这个点子之前带来的绝佳效果。

Part 2 先来挑一挑很多开发信存在的弊病:

Too Long. No one wants to read a mini e-book in an email.

生意人是没有时间精力花时间看长篇大论的邮件的。一目十行过去,如果捕捉到的是极其无趣的工厂介绍,包括创办于几年,工厂员工人数,工厂获得什么资质证明,甚至厂房多大都写上了,那么直接是花样作死。

或者是文绉绉干巴巴拧出来一个总结就是我们公司价格最低,质量最好,服务最棒。千篇一律的词competitive, best prices, very good. 毫无亮点,直接被pass掉。

Too many ideas.

表达突出的东西太多。纵使你们公司可以提供多一流的服务,多完善的机械设备,多齐全的产品,请不要一下子在客户面前脱光衣服。话糙理不糙,任何生意都是循序渐进的过程。开发信的目的是引起对方注意,再来建交。

Too many me, me, me.

客观陈述和呈现,才更具说服力。与其过分地叙说公司概况,上天入地地吹,还不如脚踏实地列举你们所销售的产品和提供的服务能提供客户怎样的好处或者对他开拓市场有什么助力。就像微商在推销产品,你为什么买?你又为什么视而不见?多寻思这样的问题,有助于打开脑洞。

Too hipster.

太过花俏。一封商务文件该有的严谨不应该丢。虽然现在买家确实呈年轻化趋势,但不代表年轻=认同非主流。字体大小,颜色等格式还是不要弄得让人看了眼花缭乱。

不过,图文并茂的开发信就不等于花俏。时下是拼文案的年代,如果本身信息量简单却丰富,而且语言生动,勾起阅读欲望,那就成了。但是还是不建议第一次就这么发,因为打开速度会比较慢,而且有的人会直接把它判决成广告邮件,一键delete.

Part 3:开发信的要点:

开发信不是中规中矩地把公司目录册的简介敲上去,而是你们实实在在的影响力,成绩,销售亮点以及你们能带给客户的好处。

重点无外乎两个:

你们的卖点在哪?(很重要,需要简单但一语见地地把自己的产品优势突出)你是谁?(不是很重要,所以要特别简略地写。除非你的公司在行业里是翘楚。)

如果你们公司有几百上千个产品,可以挑选1-2个热销款式(不同市场热销款式不一,不要把中东的质量推荐给美国,也不要把欧洲能接受到的产品推荐给非洲。购买力和需求不一样,要仔细分析,即便批量发也分国家地区来。)

千篇一律地发纵然速度快,但是退信率也不低。我还是推崇有目的有目标地发开发信的,这样回复率相对会高一点。
